Overview:

Responsible for assisting doctors and nurse practitioners in providing care to their patients. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Performing Standard Care Procedures like, but not limited to, checking vitals, collecting labs, performing EKGs, injections, ear irrigations. 2. Updating patient medical history and contact information. 3. Assisting physicians during examinations. 4. Explaining treatment procedures to patients. 5. Answering Phone/ Scheduling Patients. 6. Assisting physicians/ nurse practitioners completing forms, including FMLA forms, employment related forms, and the like. 7. Obtaining referrals and pre-authorizations for test, such as CTs and MRIs.

Must work well with technology and like to learn.

Experience: 3 yrs (preferred)

Bilingual Spanish (preferred)

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
